Industrial Relation & General Service Supervisor (Code : IR & GS Spv) Riau Responsibilities: Developing effective relationships with the business and promote good employee relations across the organization. Assists the Superior on the development of Personnel Policies and Procedures (SOP). Provides counseling services to departments and employees on various employee Relations / Industrial Relation issues. Provide general service for employee to manage and handling employee accommodation, canteen. Able to handle expatriate wok permit. Government Relation & Community Development. Process Business Liaison Permit from the local authority.
